Venue Packages

Venue Location Package

Where you host your event is just as important as the event itself. An event hosted in a place ill equipped to service the needs of your guests can mean disaster. Save yourself some time and aggravation by letting me find the perfect location for your event.
The Venue Location Package is ideal for the busy professional who has already ironed out the details of the event but needs a little help finding a place to have it. I will tap into my vast network of resources to find a spot that will fulfill your needs. Once I’ve found the perfect location, I will hand over the information to you so you can finalize your reservations with the establishment.
The sooner you call, the faster I can find a space that fits your needs. If you’re in a jam and need something quick, I can do that too. It’ll cost a bit more for rush service but I promise I’ll find the location that’s right for you.
Package Price: $150 to $225

Venue Location & Banquet Event Coordination Package

You’ve settled on the theme of your event and your guest list is growing by the second. Not only do you have to find a spot for your event but you need help coordinating banquet and hotel services. My Venue Location & Banquet Event Coordination Package is just the thing for you.

Included in this package:
- Venue location
- Coordination of banquet services
- Setup of your meeting space (including staging and audio visual equipment)
- Organization of a hotel rooming list (if needed)

To make sure things go smoothly, I will continue working with you until the day of the event. All you’ll need to worry about is mingling with your guests.
Package Price: $500.00 (Ask about my alternate pricing option)

Full Service Package

Are you coming in from out of town? Got a large event and need more than a few extra set of hands? Then you’ll want to sign up for the Full Service Package.

This package is for the person who needs it all done. You get all of the benefits of the Venue Location & Banquet Event Coordination Package plus I will take care of your travel needs, including the transportation to and from the event. Additional services, such as photography and floral arrangements, can also be secured. Just let me know what you need and I’ll do my best to get it for you.
On the day of the event, I will coordinate guest registration and work to make sure your event goes off without a hitch.
Package Price: 12% of Total Revenue
